Natia joined the firm of Jackman and Associates in 2019. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Leicester, as well as in Business Administration from the International Black Sea University. Natia is presently also doing her LLM in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
Natia has over 5 years of experience as a law clerk working in Canadian law offices, assisting people to come to Canada on student permits, visitor permits and work permits. She is highly skilled and committed to helping immigrants and refugees to navigate the legal system. She has experience in a variety of applications, including spousal and parental sponsorship applications, humanitarian and compassionate applications (H&C), Federal Skilled Worker applications, Provincial Nominee Applications and preparing refugee claims, Refugee Appeal Division and Federal Court Records.
